Many grownups with ADD have difficulties reducing down their minds.  Ideas often come at flutter rate, and it can be difficult to pay attention to the projects at side when so many other system is sailing around in the brain.   I contact this "mental mess."
Often times, mental mess is made up of problems and bad emotions.  (Very few individuals get confused by the amount of beneficial thoughts in their heads!)  Remorse of previous times and problems about the long run can quickly surpass the existing time.  Self-doubt can also take up a lot of area in the brain.  When an unwanted of these kinds of thoughts takes over in the brain, it can be traumatic, disturbing, and sometimes even paralyzing.  
The best way to obvious this mental mess is to procedure the ideas, rather than allowing them to swimming around in the brain.  Doing so will allow you to pay attention to the existing time, and experience more relaxed and based.
