Myth:  You need to perform your abs daily.
Truth:  The best way to make stomach durability and overall tone is to perform your abs to fatigue.  You need to allow your ab muscular tissue to restore..This means 24-48 time of relax time between workouts.  Improve the concentration of your workouts progressively.  If you exaggerate it, not only will you be extremely painful (a little pain is a fantastic thing, it represents that you have proved helpful the muscular enough for it to fix itself and become more powerful in the process), but you may prevent yourself because you will need more relax time than regular and it will be more complicated to do your ab workouts.
Myth:  The more sit ups you do, the better.

Myth:  Situps are the key to getting "cut" ab muscular tissue.
